Radiographic Impressions:

• Aggressive bone lesion associated with the majority of the frontal bones and of the calvarium. Rule outs to include neoplasia such as multilobular osteochondrosarcoma and osteosarcoma.
• Lesser consideration given to granulamatous or other infections/inflammatory disease.

Histopathology

• Osteosarcoma
