Presenting Complaint

  • 2 month history of rapidly progressive calvarial mass and left sided epistaxis.
  • Dog had been previously treated with TMS and dexamethasone.

Physical Examination

  • Firm, non-painful, 5-6 inch calvarial mass, and left sided epistaxis.

Hematological Findings

  • ALP- 477 U/L (12-122)
