Interpretation

Radiographic Impressions:

Central abdominal mass, splenomegaly, and suspect hepatomegaly consistent with neoplasia or less likely multisystemic granulomatous disease. Lymphoma should be considered strongly. Other differentials would include adrenal origin neoplasia.

Ultrasonographic Impressions:

Central abdominal mass and lymphadenopathy suggestive of neoplasia. The large mass may represent a markedly enlarged lymph node, or tumor of other undetermined origin. Fine needle aspirates of the mass were obtained.
