Owner noticed urinary incontinence since the first heat cycle. The owner also has noticed ataxia and weakness.

Physical Examination

  • Stenotic nares
  • Urinary incontinence

Hematological Findings

  • GGT - 15 IU/L (<4IU/L)
  • Cholest - 394 mg/dl (105-250mg/dl)
  • Bile acids pre - 27.4umol/L (<8umol/L); post - 55.7umol/L (<30umol/L)
  • T4 - unremarkable
  • Nuclear medicine - 88% shunt fraction
  • UA - unremarkable
