Presenting Complaint

  • Lethargic, anorexic, intermittent and shifting leg lameness that was worse in the left front foot.

Physical Examination

  • T=101.8, P=110 bpm, R=50 bpm
    Slightly depressed attitude
    Generalized lameness, especially painful upon hindlimb manipulation

Plan

  • CBC/Chemistry – no abnormalities
  • Pelvic, left stifle and elbow radiographs – What are your radiographic findings and impressions?
